Stacey 103 for New, Incoming 6th & 7th Graders

Free Stacey Middle School transition program for new, incoming 6th and 7th graders. It's a 3-day program designed for students transitioning from elementary school to middle school. They will get familiar with our campus and our teachers. There will be team building activities to help students make connections with other students. Students will learn academic strategies, peer relationship strategies, and organizational tips.

Sign-Up TODAY - Spots Available
WSD is excited to offer a Summer Learning Recovery Program (SLRP) to our students. Our summer school is on the Stacey campus and is only for our current 6th and 7th graders. All students will have 3 classes: ELA, math, and an elective. Students will not be able to choose their elective. Summer school is 4-days a week. You may sign-up for session 1 (3 weeks) or session 2 (3 weeks) or both sessions (6 weeks) . We encourage both sessions. It’s free! Click for details and registration link.

8th Grade Promotion Information

The 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony will be on Friday, June 17th at 9:00am in the gym. Please click here for details about promotion. (6th and 7th graders will attend school that day. Their dismissal is at 11:15am) CLICK TO READ ALL THE DETAILS.

End of the Year Spirit Week

With just five more days, the end of the school year is almost here! With that being said let's kick off the end of the year the right way with one last spirit week! Let's have some fun and show off your school spirit! Go Cougars!

School News Roll Call was founded to highlight the excellence in our public schools. The quality of the public schools in a community sets the standard for the quality of the community. Open House / Student Showcase

Wednesday, June 1st is Open House.

There is a PTSA Presentation / Principal’s Message in the gym from 5:30-6pm and then the rest of the campus is open from 6-7pm. This is a great opportunity for students to show their family all the fun and engaging activities that they do in their classes.

Instead of visiting individual classrooms, each department is collaborating and putting together displays and activities around campus.

Lastly, there will be a Washington DC trip Informational meeting in the gym from 7-7:30 for current 7th graders.

PBIS rewards is an online rewarding system for students. Students will be able to check their balances, make goals and purchase stuff right from their account. Teachers are able to reward from the app or computer dashboard without exchanging paper.

8th Grade Promotion Yard Signs

Update: 8th Grade Lawn Sign PICK-UP FRIDAY, 5/27

For those 8th graders who ordered a lawn sign, they need to be picked up this Friday, after school in front of the gym. Please make sure to pick-up your sign if you purchased one. The parking lot will be closed off for our buses until 3:00ish. You can park on the street and walk over to pick up your sign or wait until we open up our parking lot to drive inside. Students may pick-up their signs. PTSA will be there distributing them from 2:45-3:20pm.

They are NOT selling any more signs.
