FLEX Scheduling

Cougar FLEX

Students are signing up for Cougar FLEX sessions using Smart Pass on their Chromebook. FLEX gives students time for homework, studying, assessment support, and enrichment activities.

👉 We encourage families to ask their student to show you the FLEX sessions they’ve selected in Smart Pass. CLICK HERE to view this weeks offerings.

Students can sign up one week in advance and make changes up to 24 hours before the session. Teachers may also assign students to priority FLEX sessions when additional support is needed.

Students can sign up for their FLEX activities one week in advance using Smart Pass. We encourage students to make their selections each Friday to secure their preferred sessions.

FLEX time allows students to:

✅ Complete homework

✅ Study for upcoming exams

✅ Retake or make up assessments

✅ Participate in fun enrichment activities

Please note:

  • Students may update their FLEX choices the morning of and before the activity begins.
  • Teachers also have the ability to assign students to priority FLEX sessions to provide targeted academic support.
