Confirm your child's eligibility for the upcoming school year before registering.

New or Returning Students

If you are NEW (never before attended) or returning to our district, please complete online registration.

The school of residence will receive an email when your application is complete and contact you with further instructions.

Required Documents

Have these ready for your school:

An original birth/baptismal certificate
Immunization Records showing the following:
- Polio - 4 doses, unless 3rd dose was given after age 4
- DPT - 5 doses, unless 4th dose was given after age 4
- MMR - 2 doses either on or after 1st birthday
- Hepatitis B - 3 doses
- Varicella Vaccine - 2 doses
- Tdap booster - prior to entering 7th grade
Proof of residency
- A copy of current utility bill, rental agreement, or deed to a home.
  - If you live with another family, a copy of one of their utility bills and a letter with their name and signature stating that you live with them is required.

If your child lives within the residential area of one of Stacey’s feeder schools listed below and your child is in the appropriate grade level, they will be automatically enrolled at Stacey—no additional enrollment steps are needed.

Stacey's Feeder Schools: Clegg (5th grade), Eastwood (6th grade), Schroeder (6th grade), Webber (6th grade), and Willmore (5th grader non-DL), Willmore (6th grade DL)

If your child attends one of these feeder schools but does not live within that school’s residential area, and you would still like them to attend Stacey, you will need to complete an online Intra-District/Open Enrollment form.

Intra-District Transfer / Open Enrollment

Intra-District Transfers for the 2025-2026 school year. If you have friends or siblings interested in joining the Cougar family, here’s how to start the process:

Open Enrollment (Intra-District Transfer) requests must be initiated by the parent/guardian.
Request an Open Enrollment Request form your child’s 2025-2026 current school
Complete and sign the Open Enrollment Request form.
Submit the completed form back to your child's 2025-2026 current school.

Intra-District Transfers for the 2026-2027 school year. Transfer request must be submitted online. No paper forms will be excepted.

Inter-District Transfer (District to District)

If you reside outside WSD and you want your child to attend Stacey, then you need to complete an Inter-district Transfer. Contact the District in which you reside to complete an Inter-district Transfer.
